We offer full refund within 30 days after purchase for non-leather products.

For products made from leather, there will be no refund applicable to your order. However, if you find fault with the order or do not receive the customizations you chose, we will do everything we can to make things right. Keep in mind that all hides are different and slight variations in color and grain patterns are to be expected. No two straps are the same and they will each have their own personality and unique features.
