Get the details right before your strap is made.
Can I choose a different width?
Yes. Every VGreen leather strap comes in every whole-millimetre width from 8mm to 32mm. Choose your width at the top of this page. Need a half-millimetre width or another custom measurement? Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the details.
Does a narrow width mean a short strap?
No. Width is the measurement where the strap joins your watch; length determines wrist fit. Measure the two pieces of a strap that fits you well, excluding the buckle, then choose your length on the product page. Selected extra-long lengths add US$10.
Can I keep my own buckle or clasp?
Choose the own-buckle option on the product page and supply the requested photos and measurements. We need to confirm the attachment, buckle width and other fit details before making the strap. Width alone does not confirm compatibility.
When will my strap arrive?
Typical turnaround is approximately 2–3 weeks. Need it sooner? Priority service takes approximately 7–10 days: choose Priority Shipping at checkout (US$70 for US orders). All tariffs are included. These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If you need your strap by a particular date, ask us before ordering.
Can I return a custom leather strap?
Leather straps are not refundable under our published policy, so please check your measurements before ordering. If an order has a fault or a requested customization is missing, contact us for help. Read the full return policy.
