A: Custom strap production requires time. For orders within Canada and the US, standard delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from the time of order to arrival. Priority shipping is available and usually delivers in just over a week. You can also see an estimated delivery time during checkout. Please note that delivery to other countries may take longer depending on the destination.

A: Due to the custom nature of our straps, we generally cannot offer full refunds for returns based on customer preference. However, if your strap exhibits any manufacturing defects or quality issues attributable to our craftsmanship or materials, we are fully committed to resolving the matter to your satisfaction. Unlike other leathers which maintain the pattern from the skin they are taken from Epsom leather is an embossed leather. This means the pattern pressed into the leather isn’t the actual grain. However, this has some major benefits such as allowing the leather to hold its true shape in all circumstances and also means it is completely resistant to scratching. The material is also lightweight and cleans with a simple wipe using a damp cloth.
