Curved-End Strap for Origin Railway Edition
The Origin Railway Edition Stainless Red 12 has curved lugs. Put a flat-ended strap under a case like that and you get a crescent of daylight on each side of the lug, and a strap that pivots against the case instead of sitting flush against it. This build closed that gap for an order from Colorado: midnight blue suede, ends cut on an arc to follow the lug curve, red side stitching.

Why these choices
A curved end is a strap end cut on an arc so that it follows the sweep of the lugs instead of meeting them in a straight line. It is not an integrated strap. An integrated strap is shaped into one specific case design and fits that case only; a curved end is cut to measurements and works on any watch whose lugs curve down toward the wrist. The two terms get used interchangeably online, and they solve different problems, so it is worth being precise about which one a watch actually needs.
Suede is the buffed underside of cowhide, matte and casual, which is why it sits well against a brushed steel sports case rather than competing with it. Midnight blue is dark enough to pass for near-black indoors and still read as blue in daylight. The red side stitching was chosen to pick up the red on the dial. Side stitching runs along the edge of the strap rather than across its face, so the color shows as a thin line tracing the outline instead of a band cutting across the leather. On a suede surface that restraint matters, because the nap already gives the strap plenty of visual texture.
The strap tapers from a 20mm (0.79 in) lug end to an 18mm (0.71 in) buckle. Two millimeters is a small enough step to read as deliberate proportion rather than a dramatic wedge, and it keeps the buckle in scale with the case. At 70/115mm the two halves give 185mm (7.3 in) of strap before the buckle, a short-to-average build. Common questions
Will a curved-end strap for the Origin Railway Edition work with the original spring bars?
Yes. We ship curved spring bars in the width you order, but we recommend fitting the watch's own spring bars first. Factory bars are matched to the case and usually seat more securely. Keep the curved bars as spares.
Is a curved end the same thing as a notched strap?
No. A notch is material cut out of the strap so it can pass around something fixed, such as an integrated bracelet housing or a vintage case shoulder. A curved end has nothing cut out of it; the entire end is shaped on an arc. If a standard strap physically will not enter the lug gap, you need a notch. If it enters but leaves a gap under a curved case, you need a curved end.
