Yes. We do custom straps, so size does not matter here. Simply choose your wrist size, we’ll make sure the strap fits your wrist, just like a custom tailor.
In order to insure correct size, please measure the width between the lugs of the watch case & the width of the strap at the buckle. This is measured in millimeters.
Depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of the material you choose, it takes 3 days to up to 2 weeks to produce a strap. However, the delivery time should not exceed 4 weeks since you place your order.
Yes, we do. A tracking number will also be provided once your order is shipped.

Yes, they are available for free.
Our straps are 3mm thick on average. However, you can request to make the strap padded so it could look thicker.
We don’t use fake leathers. If it’s lizard leather, it’s from lizard. If it’s shark skin, it’s shark skin, not shark skin printed.
Due to the custom nature of the strap, there is no full refund. If you find faults with your order, we will do anything we can to make it right for you.
