Usually, yes. Deployant is the traditional watchmaking term; many customers and retailers use deployment clasp.
Usually not. Clear open, closed and underside photographs are normally sufficient. If the interface remains unclear, we may offer an insured mail-in assessment. Do not send hardware without instructions.
The clasp adds length and folds around the wrist differently from a pin buckle. We size both pieces to place the clasp comfortably.
If VGreen makes the strap incorrectly after confirming accurate specifications, we will remake it at no charge. Standard made-to-order terms apply when supplied measurements or photos are inaccurate.
Generic VGreen deployants start at an additional $10. Omega-style and Cartier-style aftermarket clasps are $30 where offered. They are not genuine brand parts.
