Curved-End Crocodile Strap for Formex Essence 43

Why these choices

A curved end is a different thing from an integrated strap, and the difference matters when you order. An integrated strap is shaped to one specific case and fits nothing else. A curved end is cut on an arc so the leather follows the curve of the lugs and sits against the case with no gap — which is what the customer asked for here, in their words wanting the strap "to fit the case better." It is the right call on the Essence, where the case is designed to look like a single piece.

Green crocodile against a green dial is a deliberate match rather than a contrast, and crocodile suits it because the scale pattern breaks up what would otherwise be a large flat panel of color on a 43 mm watch. The hide softens with wear and takes a hand-rubbed patina, so the green deepens rather than fading flat. Side stitching in a matching thread keeps the outline quiet, and the strap tapers from the lugs down to a 20 mm buckle.
