Shark Skin Watch Strap - Black

I would like to give it a five star. In general the strap is well made but that one little mis-aligned stitch is annoying

I chose the blue shark skin strap with a deployment clasp and I am amazed at the quality and look of the strap. The time from order to delivery was short which is always a plus in my book.

Shark skin goes great with my daily Christopher Ward C60 Trident. I wanted to have a option to dress the watch up a bit when needed compared to the nato straps I usually wear with it. Having quick release makes it so easy. Highly recommend Vgreen to everyone

Originally meant for another (independent brand) watch but didn’t quite fit, I think due to faulty QC on the watch brand’s part. So I tried it on my old faithful Citizen Garrison. Fits perfectly and gives one of my old favs a new jacket for different outings. Also the shark skin somehow feels much softer and more comfortable than my previous leathers (croc, goat). Didn’t think I’d like the Shark but it bit me. Probably gonna order it in brown soon.

I got my VGreen strap in the mail four days ago. I finally got it mounted on my watch. Yesterday was the first day I wore it and its one of the most comfortable straps I have ever had. Picture speaks for itself on how amazing the sharkskin strap looks! Looking forward to getting another for one of my other watches.

Perfect fit to my Oris.

I spent a lot of time searching for a product that was of high quality. In the end, having trawled the internet, I took a chance on VGreen. I can honestly say I am over the moon with the quality of the watch strap I have received.

With a wrist size of 8.5 inches the oem strap on my new Hamilton Field Officer’s watch would hardly reach the buckle. This black sharkskin with red stitching fits perfectly. The materials are high quality and the workmanship is excellent.

I really didn’t like the strap that came with my Bulova Accutron II Alpha 96A155. It was way to thick and refused to break in, so it was sitting in the watch box more often then not. Came across this strap company when ditching for exotic leather straps. Took a chance and am so glad I did. Manufacturing was quick but delivery was a little slow. But I wasn’t wearing the watch anyway so I was in no hurry. When I got it I was impressed with the craftsmanship and now this watch is back in the regular rotation. I was back and forth with the thread color on whether it should stand out or be subdued. I went with a green thread that I think compliments the green on the dial perfectly. Definitely purchasing another in dark brown ostrich for a dressier seiko I have.

Love the band. The shark skin holds up well. I bought for a Garmin watch I wear running 3-4 times a week and I have had it for a year and it is holding up well against moisture and sweat. I feel a bit guilty using such a fine piece of crafted material so harshly but I love it. It is a workhorse and still looks fine on the weekends out or at church on Sunday. I will be a repeat customer. Great for gifting to that difficult man who has most everything. The custom inscription on the clasp makes it personal.

I contacted VGreen in July 2021 about making a new black strap for my vintage gold Omega watch. Upon my request for suggestions, and for a strap that might look a little more casual than smooth black leather, VGreen suggested leather sharkskin. I also asked for a suggested contrasting stitching color for the strap, and yellow stitching was suggested as it would coordinate with the gold watch and numerals, and champagne face. I received a mock-up image of the strap, and ordered it. The strap arrived in about two weeks and I am simply delighted with the strap’s packaging, construction, quality, value, and especially how it looks with the watch. Here is an image and I hope you agree!

Yes this is not a inexpensive strap but it is truly the best strap I have ever put on my wrist. The materials used are above anything I have ever seen. The fit and finish is fantastic. I choose to customize the strap with a color stich that would pull some colors from the face of the watch. This was a bit of a leap assuming the colors I saw on the screen would match the finish product but I was thrilled to see it all came together. I could not be more pleased with the final result. Thank you for shipping it in a timely manner and with the tools to enable me to install it myself!
