Need help measuring? Open the sizing guide
1. Find your watch's lug width
The lug width is the gap between the two lugs where the strap attaches. Most watches list this in their specs — common sizes are 18mm, 20mm, and 22mm.
If your watch isn't listed: measure the gap with a millimetre ruler, or note the existing strap's width near the spring bars. Round to the nearest whole millimetre.
2. Measure your wrist
Wrap a piece of string, ribbon, or paper strip around your wrist where the watch sits. Mark where the end overlaps. Lay it flat and measure the marked length in cm or inches.
Tip: Measure with a comfortable fit — not too tight. The strap will sit at this length, with the buckle on the underside of your wrist.
3. Find your strap length
Each strap length on this product is shown as two numbers, e.g. 75/115mm: the buckle-side cut and the tail-side cut, both measured from the watch lugs. Use the calculator below to find your size — it reads the actual sizes available for this strap and recommends the closest match.
Calculate your strap length
Enter your wrist size and your watch's lug-to-lug distance — we'll recommend the matching strap length and you can apply it with one click.
This is a recommendation only. Custom straps are not fully refundable. To protect against fit issues, measure the short and long pieces of your current best-fitting strap with a ruler and use those numbers if they differ from the recommendation.
Need a custom length not on the list? Pick the closest size and write your exact requirement in the Notes field at the bottom of the configurator — we cut to spec. The buckle has multiple holes, so being within a few millimeters of the calculator's recommendation is fine.
We'll email you after checkout for a photo of your buckle and confirm the buckle width.
We do our best to match the thread to your leather, but exact matches aren't always possible — natural variations in leather and thread dye lots mean the result may be very close, not 100% identical.
Custom strap length selected — please tell us the exact length here (e.g. 110/175 mm = 110mm keeper end / 175mm tail end).

Common questions
Sizing & fit
How do I measure my watch for the right size?
Measure two things in millimeters: the gap between the lugs of your watch case (where the strap meets the watch), and the width of your current strap at the buckle. Both numbers are usually the same.
If you're not sure of your watch model, our Lug Width Finder will look it up for you.
My wrist is larger than standard — can you accommodate?
Yes. Every strap is cut to your measurement, so wrist size is never a limit. Use our Bespoke Fit Calculator to find the long-and-short cut lengths for your wrist, or just enter your wrist measurement in the order notes and we'll size it for you.
Customization
How do I order a custom strap?
Choose the leather, then your watch's lug width and strap length. Toggle "Customize" to add stitching style, stitch colour, padding and tip-end shape. For anything more specific (thread colour, edge paint, watch model match), use the Notes field — we read every order.
Can I use my own buckle?
Yes. Select "Use my own buckle" in the configurator and tell us the buckle width. We'll email you after you order to collect a clear photo of your buckle so the holes are punched to fit it precisely.
Quick Release vs Regular spring bars — which should I choose?
Quick Release bars have a slim, thumb-operated lever that lets you swap straps without tools. Available at no extra cost in the configurator. They work with most modern watches, but some watches (especially vintage, Panerai, or watches with deeply recessed lug holes) need standard Regular spring bars.
If unsure, choose Regular. Regular spring bars fit almost everything; Quick Release is a convenience upgrade. We can always swap to Quick Release later — we can't always swap from QR to Regular without re-drilling.
For Panerai, Bell & Ross, or any watch with thick lug tubes: add a note in the configurator Notes field with the watch model. We'll size the bars correctly.
Order & policy
How long from order to arrival?
Standard delivery to Canada and the US lands in 2–3 weeks total. Priority shipping cuts that to about a week. Other countries take longer — checkout shows the estimate for your address.
Can I change specs after I order?
Only before production starts. Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll usually catch it. Once cutting begins we can't change the leather, stitching or sizing.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our straps, we generally cannot offer full refunds for returns based on customer preference. However, if your strap exhibits any manufacturing defects or quality issues attributable to our craftsmanship or materials, we are fully committed to resolving the matter to your satisfaction. Please contact our customer service team to discuss any concerns with your order.
