Why these choices
A corner-notched strap is cut with A, B, and C measurements, the same pattern used for the Cartier Santos, so the leather notches around the case corners; we worked to A 20, B 11, and C 4 mm here. Jeweler-measured numbers give the tightest seat.
Buttero is a dense Tuscan vegetable-tanned leather from Walpier that holds its shape and patinas with wear, so the notched corners stay crisp. Green gives the watch a distinctive look that a plain black strap would not.
At 75/115 mm the strap centers on a mid-size wrist with the corners seated to the case.
