How do I measure my watch to make sure I am ordering the correct size?

In order to insure correct size, please measure the width between the lugs of the watch case & the width of the strap at the buckle. This is measured in millimeters.

How will my strap be made?

Your strap will be fully handmade just like we did in the video below:

When can I expect my package?

We make your order within 3 days and will send you a photo of it before shipping. You can expect to receive your order within 2 weeks after that.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. A tracking number will also be provided once your order is shipped.

I could not find the color on the leather I want, what should I do?

The colors you can see in our website are what we have in store and ready to use. We can make special order based on your request, please contact us for details.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of the watch, there is no full refund. Once your strap is made, we will send you a photo of it, at this point, if you choose to cancel the order, we will give you a 50% refund. After the order is shipped, no refund would be issued.However, if you find fault with the order or do not receive the customizations you chose, we will do everything we can to make things right.Keep in mind that all hides are different and slight variations in color and grain patterns are to be expected. No two straps are the same and they will each have their own personality and unique features.
